There are two ways to get started. If you are an experienced exerciser, just come on in! No better way to teach a kid to swim, then to throw him in the water right? Well, that’s not quite accurate. As long as you are halfway proficient in the basic movements, we will teach you as you go.
The other way to start is to join our Starter Class. This class starts at the beginning of every month and is designed to show you the basic movements we use to get you to lose weight, feel great, and keep you injury free!
